  Please DO NOT waste your time or money visiting this fraudulent business!! Took my Samsung s6 Active in to get fixed and first of all they tell me they can't the right color of my phone screen in. I have a white phone and they said I would have a grey screen. We told them we would think about it and then came back the next day to proceed with getting the phone screen (even though it was the wrong color). However, when we went in they had no problems getting the right color of my screen. Funny how that works right? Well 250 dollars later I had my screen. Just a few days after getting my phone fixed I literally PICKED UP my phone and my finger pushed right through the glass like it was wet paper. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Unless I suddenly have magic super strength this should not have happened. I went into the store IMMEDIATELY after it happened and I was very nice and I politely told them that I wanted it replaced for no cost because this was not my fault. This is obviously a defect on the manufacturer's end OR it wasn't installed properly. The gentleman did not want to help me at all and said there was nothing they could do. NOTHING! So I left the store and returned shortly after with my fiance who is better with dealing with this kind of stuff. He politely asked for the manager and we were told he was on vacation. We did finally get him on the phone only to be told there was nothing they could do for us and that it was not their fault in any way. They did NOTHING AT ALL TO TRY AND CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER BECAUSE THIS SCREEN OBVIOUSLY HAS DEFECT OR LOOK AT THE PHONE TO SEE IF IT WAS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY. THEY WERE COMPLETELY UNWILLING TO EVEN ATTEMPT TO HELP US IN ANY WAY. THE SERVICE IS APPALLING!! A company that sells a service has an obligation to provide quality service for its consumers. Ergo, I am left with a broken phone and 250$ down the drain and no hope of getting my phone fixed.The people at this business are beyond rude, not willing to help you AT ALL, and obviously low service quality. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY!!
